Our closing got moved up with almost no notice and everyone else I called was full. They had a crew available in 48 hours and still showed up on time with a proper truck. Saved us from a hotel week.

Packed our condo in a single afternoon

I booked packers two days before the move because I'd badly misjudged how long a kitchen takes. Two packers arrived with all the materials and were done by 4pm. Every box was labelled by room. Genuinely the best money I spent on the whole move.

Three floors, no elevator, no drama

We were on the third floor of a walk-up on Churchill with a piano landing that has defeated two previous movers. The crew looked at it, took the railing off, and had the whole apartment loaded in four hours. Final invoice came in under the estimate.

Great crew, tight parking on Montreal Road

The crew was excellent and careful. Only note is that parking on Montreal Road cost us about 40 minutes of shuttle time — worth arranging a permit in advance if you're downtown. They warned me about it beforehand, to be fair.

Kanata to Barrhaven in one day

Four bedrooms out of Bridlewood and into Half Moon Bay, done between 8am and 5pm. They wrapped every piece of furniture before it left the house, which I'd never seen a mover actually bother to do. Nothing was scratched.

Ottawa to Toronto, delivered next morning

Flat quote from a video walkthrough, loaded Thursday afternoon, unloaded in Etobicoke by 10am Friday. Same crew both ends, which I gather is unusual. The price on the invoice was the price on the quote.

Unpacking service is underrated

I added unpacking almost as an afterthought and it was the best decision of the move. Kitchen and both bathrooms were fully set up and every empty box was gone the same evening. We slept in a finished house on night one.

Office of 40 relocated over a weekend

We moved our whole operation off Merivale on a Friday night and were fully operational Monday at 8am. The crate delivery and floor-plan labelling made it painless. Building management got their certificate of insurance without me having to chase anyone.

They moved my parents with real patience

After 41 years in the same house on Jeanne d'Arc, my parents downsized into a residence. The coordinator sat with them for two hours planning what would fit. On move day nobody rushed my mother once. Beds were made before the crew left.

Six weeks of storage between closings

Our sale and purchase were six weeks apart. Everything went into heated storage on pallets with a full inventory list, then came back to the new place in February with no damp or cold damage at all. One handling instead of two.

Lab and IT gear handled properly

Moving a hardware startup out of March Road meant benches, server racks and a lot of fragile prototypes. They crated the sensitive items, coordinated with our IT vendor on the reconnect, and nothing arrived broken.
